WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS OF OPERATION?

We are open special extended hours during our busy prom season. From Martin Luther King weekend to mid-April, we are open Monday through Friday 11AM to 7PM, Saturday 10AM to 6PM & Sunday 1PM-5PM.

From mid-April to Martin Luther King weekend, we are open Monday through Friday 12PM to 6PM, Saturday 10AM to 4PM, and closed on Sundays. (Call the store or check socials for exact dates, as they vary year to year.)

Please keep in mind that our fitting rooms & wait bar close 30 minutes before store closing. Make sure to arrive with plenty of time to do your shopping! 

DO I NEED AN APPOINTMENT TO SHOP?

No appointments are needed for shopping. Come on in and see what we have in store!

HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN I BRING WITH ME?

You can certainly bring as many people with you as you want, however, only 2 guests per shopper are allowed in the fitting rooms.

WHAT IS YOUR PRICE RANGE?

We have dresses for all price ranges! Sale items are always offered, and the latest season's new styles start at $290. 

 

ARE YOU AN AUTHORIZED RETAILER FOR THE DESIGNERS LISTED?

We only sell authentic gowns directly from the manufacturer. You can visit any of our manufacturer’s websites to verify our authenticity.

DO YOU OFFER LAYAWAY?

Yes! With a 50% deposit, you can begin a payment plan with us. Once your deposit is paid, you can make other payments of any amount. The dress must be paid in full before it leaves the store.

 

IF I FIND MY DREAM DRESS BUT YOU DO NOT HAVE MY SIZE OR MY PREFERRED COLOR, CAN YOU ORDER IT FOR ME?

We can check live inventory with most of our vendors and will be able to tell you immediately if and when your gown will be available. We require, at minimum, a nonrefundable 50% deposit on the dress before we can place the order.

 

WHAT IF I FIND A DRESS ONLINE FROM ONE OF YOUR DESIGNERS BUT YOU DO NOT HAVE IT IN STORE? CAN YOU ORDER IT FOR ME?

We can check stock from any of our designers; however, we must collect the standard 50% nonrefundable deposit to special order.

 

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY DRESS IF I DO NOT LIKE IT OR FIND SOMETHING ELSE I WANT INSTEAD?

We do not accept returns or exchanges of any kind due to the nature of the items we sell. This policy includes layaway and special orders as well.

 

DO YOU HAVE GOWNS TO RENT?

No, we do not.

DO YOU SELL USED DRESSES OR BUY USED DRESSES?

No, we do not. We recommend using Queenly to resell your dresses.

WHAT IS YOUR POLICY ON SERVICE ANIMALS?

Service animals are welcome, however, due to the delicate nature of the merchandise we sell any service animal over 15 pounds (or that cannot be held) will be asked to remain in our customer lounge while in the store.
