WHAT ARE YOUR COVID-19 PROCEDURES?
Tres Jolie implements frequent disinfecting procedures during and outside of store hours. All Tres Jolie employees will be required to wear masks as recommended by the CDC. However, by entering Tres Jolie, you voluntarily assume all risks related to COVID-19.
WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS OF OPERATION?
We are open special extended hours during our busy prom season. From January 16 to April 30, we are open Monday through Friday 11AM to 7PM, Saturday 10AM to 6PM & Sunday 1PM-5PM. From May 1 to January 17, we are open Monday through Friday 12PM to 6PM, Saturday 10AM to 4PM, and closed on Sundays.
I CANNOT VISIT YOUR STORE DURING YOUR HOURS OF OPERATIONS. WHAT CAN I DO?
We’ve got you covered! We often meet our customers at the store for special appointments before or after hours. We pride ourselves in excellent customer service, and will do everything we can to meet your shopping needs. Please call 405.341.1600 to inquire about a private appointment.

We have dresses for all price ranges! Sale items are always offered, and the latest season's new styles start at $290.
ARE YOU AN AUTHORIZED RETAILER FOR THE DESIGNERS LISTED?
We only sell authentic gowns directly from the manufacturer. You can visit any of our manufacturer’s websites to verify our authenticity.
DO YOU OFFER LAYAWAY?
We offer IN-STORE ONLY layaway! With a 50% deposit, you can begin a payment plan with us. Once your deposit is paid, you can make other payments of any amount. The dress must be paid in full before it leaves the store.
IF I FIND MY DREAM DRESS BUT YOU DO NOT HAVE MY SIZE OR MY PREFERRED COLOR, CAN YOU ORDER IT FOR ME?
We can check live inventory with most of our vendors and will be able to tell you immediately if and when your gown will be available. We require, at minimum, a 50% nonrefundable deposit on the dress before we can place the order.
WHAT IF I FIND A DRESS ONLINE FROM ONE OF YOUR DESIGNERS BUT YOU DO NOT HAVE IT IN STORE? CAN YOU ORDER IT FOR ME?
We can order any in-stock dress from any of our designers; however, we must collect the standard 50% nonrefundable deposit.
CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY DRESS IF I DO NOT LIKE IT OR FIND SOMETHING ELSE I WANT INSTEAD?
We do not accept returns or exchanges of any kind due to the nature of the items we sell. This policy includes layaway and special orders as well.
DO YOU HAVE GOWNS TO RENT?
No, we do not.
